A declaration of conformity, issued in accordance with the document “Masks intended for use within the scope of Covid-19 – Technical Specifications” published by Porteguese authorities DGS, INFARMED, ASAE and IPQ on April14, 2020, and based on test report no 10405C/2020 issued by CITEVE, authorizes the company Mogul Tekstil Sanati Ve Ticaret Ltd, Gaziantep, Turkey, to use the “Covid-19 Approved Masks” label for the following item: Madaline 80g

The test results confirm that the item complies with the requirements set for breathability and particle filtration capacity for masks used in the framework of Covid-19. Level 3 – Raw Material for General Use Masks.

These masks are intended to serve as a supplementary protection to social distance measures, which are fundamental for the control of Covid-19.
